Please find below a list of fees for our services.

We charge a fair fee for the quality of service we provide and our invaluable market knowledge and expertise. One of our Directors will be your main point of contact from the outset, ensuring you are provided with appropriate, individual, personalised advice throughout your transaction. Your needs will be further prioritised with the support of our fantastic team of highly trained staff.

Our fees are subject to VAT. As with all conveyancers, there will be additional standard outlays in relation to your transaction therefore please speak to us or click on the ‘Request a quote’ button for a clear and complete breakdown of all fees and outlays associated with what you are looking to do.

Please note there may be additional charges for Help to Buy ISAs, Lifetime ISA’s, Gifted deposits and overseas funding.

Executry The hourly rate is £250 and the minimum
amount of time (known as a unit) charged for is six minutes, which equates to
£25 per unit.  VAT is payable on all fees. Our files are sent to an
external law accountant to calculate the fee.  The law accountant’s fee
will be payable by the estate.
