VMH Solicitors are delighted to announce the appointment of Katie Macdonald as Property Sales Director.
In this role, she will lead the VMH Estate Agency team and spearhead the company’s continued growth plans in the Edinburgh & Lothians residential sales market.
Macdonald has been working in property sales for over 24 years and has an extensive knowledge of the property sector. This strategic hire reinforces the firm’s commitment to providing exceptional client residential sales services.

The firm has continued to grow with completed property purchases up 31% compared to the first 6 months of 2023 and we have also enjoyed a 17.8% increase in completed sales in the same period of 2024 with total sale prices to end of August this year of £43,643,954! This has been a fantastic result given market uncertainty earlier in the year, as at the start of the year the market was looking uncertain, but I am delighted the team have delivered these impressive growth percentages’.
