Home Report guidance from the start
Every property sold in Scotland requires a Home Report. We arrange for a surveyor from a leading chartered surveying company to carry out the inspection and prepare the report on your behalf.
If our team identified any improvements worth making during your pre-sale consultation, the period before your Home Report is the right time to address them. We will walk you through the process and give you clear guidance on anything that comes up in the report.
Accompanied viewings, seven days a week
Not everyone can be there for every viewing. If you live out of town, work full-time, or simply want someone else to handle it, we have you covered. VMH has partnered with professional Viewing Agents who provide an accompanied viewing service seven days a week, giving buyers a friendly, informed experience of your home.
