PROPERTY SALES & MARKETING CONSULTANT – APRIL 2021

Due to the imminent pitter patter of tiny feet in our Property Department, we are looking to recruit 2 Property Sales and Marketing Consultants to join our team. These roles will involve:
- bringing instructed properties to the market and building a positive working relationship with clients to support them throughout the process of selling their property;
- giving advice and guidance on all aspects of advertising, marketing, pricing and viewing arrangements through local market knowledge and feedback from viewers;
- negotiating with third party agents and solicitors to achieve the best possible sale price for the client’s property;
- carrying out a range of other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Property Department.
One of these roles will be a permanent position and the other a temporary maternity secondment of approximately 1 year’s duration.
For the permanent position, experience in a similar role in Property Sales within the Edinburgh and Lothian market is essential. For the temporary position, previous experience in a similar role is preferred, however, training on the job will be provided. For both roles, we will be looking for candidates with a proven track record of providing an excellent service to clients, professional yet friendly communication skills and a desire to succeed in a sales focussed environment. The ability to work productively and accurately in a busy environment as an integrated and supportive team member are also considered essential to success.
