VMH staff focus: Fraser Falconer

Today is the grand unveiling of our second ”Get to Know the Team” segment! You enjoyed learning so much about one our Senior Legal Executives, Caron Henderson,  that we thought we should now introduce you to another member of the VMH team, Fraser Falconer.

What is your role at VMH Solicitors?

Hi, my name is Fraser Falconer and I work as a Property Valuer. My principle tasks within that role include undertaking pre-sale valuations for prospective clients, preparing reports and quotations, and when required, undertaking price reviews with clients.

Tell us a little bit about your family.

Nothing particularly interesting here; a Mum, Dad, older Brother and a non-identical twin….thankfully.

What is your favourite line from a movie?

Show me the money!

Best holiday you’ve been to?

Positano on the Amalfi Coast, it’s where I proposed to my girlfriend of 7 years.

How do you define success?

I could be crass and say the money in your bank account, but let’s go with achieving personal goals.

If you were an animal what would you be?

My parents Border Terrier seems to have an easy life, and given I like to see myself as being honest, let’s go with a dog.

What did you want to be when growing up?

Boring I know, but an architect!

What do you like most about your job?

Visiting some incredible properties, it’s a real eye opener.

What do you like to do on your days off?

If I’m not out golfing I’ll be out in my car…bit of a petrol head.

What is the first concert you attended?

Oasis

What is the weirdest job you’ve ever had?

Never had a weird job, but I’ve had a fair few I’ve disliked!

Where is your favourite place to eat?

Dishoom on St Andrew’s Square, love it!

What is your favourite thing to do in the wonderful city of Edinburgh?

Visiting new bars and restaurants as well as the occasional bit of people watching from the window of Starbucks on George Street.
